Over Band Belt Type Separator
All of our magnetic separators are based on its operation on Direct current. High permeability mild steel constitutes the iron part of our separators ensuring high magnetic field distribution to produce maximum force density at a selected working distance from the magnet face. The bottom plate is made of heavy stainless steel plate. Our products are known for their high ruggedness.

The Over band belt type separator is used to facilitate automatic discharging of tramp irons in the same direction as the main conveyor.

Some of its features are:
· Upon its installation at an angle, it functions same as a suspended magnetic separator installed at discharge point.
· It is self cleaning
· Discharges the picked iron material away from the processed material
· Ensure pick ups of long pieces of iron, such as roof bolts and drill rods
· No danger of jamming and tearing up of conveyor belt
· Can be installed anywhere along the conveyor line
· Can also be installed at an angle over the material discharge.
