Elliptical Electro Magnet
We produce one of the worlds largest Scrap Lifting Elliptical Electro Magnet, called the Mule. It is designed in an elliptical shape to enable entry into restricted or narrow spaces, as well as offer capability to lift high loads.

The foremost area of application has been to cater industrial requirements where handling of large quantities of scrap are important, such as handling scrap for large arcs and induction furnaces from incoming vehicles carrying scraps.

Its components are:

· Terminal box
· Suspension chains

Body is made up of steel, IS 4491 and the coil bumper plate is made of manganese steel or stainless steel. The coil is wound with aluminum or copper according to the model or customers specification.

The flexible lead-in wire helps in negotiating changes in coil size caused by temperature fluctuations. Water protection is ensured by double or triple chamber terminal box.
